Body Aches and Pains

You may experience aches in pains throughout your body or in particular areas. You might have aching joints and bones, tension and sore muscles for no particular reason. These general aches and pains are usually not due to any strain, injury, exercise or fatigue, and can be mild or severe. The aches and pains may come and go, change location and last anywhere from a few days or a few weeks at a time.

The aches and pains may occur more often in the back area, in the lower back region in particular, and also around the neck and shoulder area. You may have frequent head aches as well. The aches and pains may be accompanied by pressure, tightness, tingling, burning, pinpricks, spasms and other sensations that may seem unusual.

There are many changes ocurring in the body during the ascension process, and the aches and pains may come as a result of the body and mind adjusting to these new energies. A lot of healing, repairing and emotional releasing is occuring and this can happen through the physical body or effect it by causing temporary physical aches and pains.

Physical aches and pains encourage us to pay attention to our feelings and our physical body in general. Getting more physical activity and making sure to get proper rest when necessary can help relieve the general aches and pains. Getting exercise and good sleep on a regular basis also has many other benefits for your overal mind-body health. Stretching is also extremely beneficial to relieve and prevent many body aches and pains.

* Remember that not all of these symptoms may be due to the ascension process.
Please follow your own inner guidance and consult a health care professional as needed.
